#### 1. Time-Based Greeting (`getTimeGreeting()`)
- Added a `getTimeGreeting()` helper function that returns a contextual greeting based on the hour of the day:
  - Morning (before 12): "Guten Morgen" / "Good morning"
  - Afternoon (12-18): "Guten Tag" / "Good afternoon"
  - Evening (after 18): "Guten Abend" / "Good evening"
- Replaced the static "Willkommen" / "Welcome" greeting with the dynamic greeting
- Added spring animation to the welcome header icon

#### 2. Enhanced Stat Cards
- Added gradient top border (`h-1 bg-gradient-to-r`) to each stat card, replacing the previous `border-l-3` left border
