Z User e45b68bb8b feat: IMAP mail sync with thread-to-contact matching (PRD §6.1) 
Real IMAP connection via imapflow library:
- Connects to IMAP server (IMAPFlow, TLS on port 993)
- Fetches recent messages (configurable limit, default 20)
- Extracts: from, fromEmail, subject, date, snippet (200 chars)
- Thread-to-contact matching (PRD §6.1):
  1. Match sender email against persons table
  2. If no person match, extract domain and match against company.website
  3. Returns matchedCompany + matchedPerson for each email
- Audit-logged (action: crm.mailsync:imap)
- Zod validated (host, port, user, password, folder, limit)
- 502 on IMAP connection failure with detail
- 400 on validation failure

Tested: invalid creds → 502 'IMAP connection failed', missing host → 400

Template Library

File Purpose
design-templates/INDEX.md Human/model-readable template directory: what exists and where.
design-templates/TEMPLATE-ROUTER.md Template selection rules: carrier gate, conflict handling, and when to select templates.
design-templates/TEMPLATE-INDEX.json Machine-readable template metadata for tooling or automated retrieval.

Template rule: choose the artifact skill first, then use TEMPLATE-ROUTER.md to decide whether a template applies.

Design Systems

Style skills and brand inspiration references. Use design-systems/index.json for candidate selection, then read only the matched DESIGN.md or style skill.

The index may contain:

  • style_skills
  • brand_inspiration
  • selection tags such as industry, product_type, mood, formality, density, scheme, era, best_for, and avoid_for

Keep detailed vocabulary and selection logic inside the design-system reference files, not here.

  • xiaohongshu-card.md — replaced by social-card.md; keep only as a temporary alias if needed.
  • tool-h5.md — replaced by web-tool.md; keep only as a temporary alias if needed.
  • METADATA.md — not required unless a separate tool explicitly consumes it. Prefer SKILL.md frontmatter plus this index.
