fix: Dokploy git provider field names — giteaOwner/giteaRepository/giteaBranch (not owner/repository/branch)

saveGiteaProvider API expects gitea-prefixed fields:
  giteaOwner, giteaRepository, giteaBranch, giteaBuildPath, giteaId
saveGitProvider API expects gitProvider-prefixed fields:
  gitProviderOwner, gitProviderRepository, gitProviderBranch, gitProviderBuildPath, gitProviderId
saveGithubProvider API expects plain fields:
  owner, repository, branch, buildPath, githubId

This was causing HTTP 400 on saveGiteaProvider during provisioning.
