1. **WebSocket Mini-Service**
   - New mini-service at `mini-services/ws-service/` with Socket.IO server on port 3003
   - Handles: auth, notebook:join/leave, notebook:cursor, notebook:edit, notification:new/read, presence:update, activity:join
   - HTTP API endpoint at `/api/push-notification` for server-side notification push
   - Health check endpoint at `/health`
   - Frontend connects via `io("/?XTransformPort=3003")`

2. **Collaborative Editing for Notebook Pages**
   - `useNotebookCollaboration` hook in `src/lib/websocket.ts` — manages room presence, cursors, edits, activities
   - Online Users Indicator in notebook header (colored avatar dots with Radio icon, tooltip with names)
   - Activity Feed Popover (shows "User X started editing page Y" entries)
   - Cursor overlays on page content area (colored MousePointer2 cursors with user names, positioned by percentage)
