Seed: Add homework, attendance, and notebook demo data
Added to prisma/seed.ts:
- 5 homework entries (assignments, practice, reading, research)
across Mathematik and Deutsch for classes 3a and 3b
- 6 attendance sessions (3 days x 2 classes) with 45 attendance records
(PRESENT/LATE/ABSENT distribution ~86%/6%/8%)
- 4 notebooks (Mathe Heft 3a, Deutsch Heft 3a, Mathe Heft 3b, Deutsch Heft 3b)
each with 3 pages (12 total)
- Added addDays() helper function
- Updated seed summary output
DB now has: 5 users, 15 students, 2 classes, 4 notebooks, 12 notebook pages,
5 homework, 6 attendance sessions, 45 attendance records
