+- Fixed Auth 500 error: changed `findUnique` to `findFirst` in login API route to avoid crash when multiple records match
+- Fixed Script tag sanitization: ensured script tags are properly stripped/sanitized from user input
+- Fixed Dynamic import: added `ssr: false` to dynamic imports that require browser-only APIs
+- Increased Rate limit from 5→20/min to reduce false positives during normal usage
+- Verified demo credentials in auth-view.tsx: already correctly showing `demo@competencetrack.org` / `Demo2025!` (no `admin@demo.de` found)
